Getting to St Annes Beach from the Holiday Park

St Annes Beach is approximately 25 minutes by car from Mowbreck Holiday Park. Head out of the park towards the M55, and at the roundabout past Tesco, take the first exit onto Progress Lane. From there, follow the signs to St Annes Beach, which will bring you straight into the centre. Parking is readily available and only a short walk from the beach – from parking spots including St Annes Beach Car Park and North Promenade Car Park.

Is St Annes Beach accessible for visitors with mobility needs? 

St Annes Beach is one of the more accessible beaches in the North West. The promenade provides a smooth, flat pathway along the seafront, making it suitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs. The beach itself also has designated accessible areas. 

Are there shops near St Annes Beach? 

St Annes town centre is just a short stroll from the beach, offering a charming mix of independent boutiques, gift shops and high street favourites. A wonderful way to round off your day by the sea.

Are dogs allowed on St Annes Beach? 

Whilst dogs are unfortunately not allowed on St Annes’ central Amenity Beach between Good Friday and 30 September each year – there are plenty of other areas to enjoy a walk outside of the restricted zone, including towards Squires Gate and Lytham Quays.
