You are sure of a warm welcome at Mowbreck Park, a family-owned and managed Park for over 20 years. We devote all of our attention to ensuring that the Park is maintained to the highest possible standard, and for our efforts we have been graded 5 stars for over 20 consecutive years by the English Tourist Board.

Mowbreck Park is easy enough to find by car and train from all over the country.

Coming from North East

• Take the M55 until junction 3, then turn left onto the A585 for Kirkham
• Take a left turn at the next roundabout you come across for Fleetwood Rd towards Kirkham and Wesham.
• Take your next left onto Mowbreck Lane, just after the school and church
• Carry on to the end of Mowbreck Lane, going straight past the Wesham rehabilitation unit, and we are on your right!

Coming from Blackpool

• Get onto the M55 ramp to the M6 toward Preston
• Merge onto the M55
• At junction 3, take the A585 to Kirkham
• Take the third exit on Fleetwood Rd, A585
• Take your next left onto Mowbreck Lane, just after the school and church
• Carry on to the end of Mowbreck Lane, going straight past the Wesham rehabilitation unit, and we are on your right!

Coming from Lancaster

• Get onto the M6 from A6
• Follow M6 and M55, taking the third exit to Fleetwood Rd
• Take Fleetwood Rd to Mowbreck Lane
• At the roundabout take the first exit onto Fleetwood Rd, A585
• Take your next left onto Mowbreck Lane, just after the school and church
• Carry on to the end of Mowbreck Lane, going straight past the Wesham rehabilitation unit, and we are on your right!

Coming from Liverpool

• On the M58, follow the M58, M6 and M55 toward Lancashire
• Take the third exit from M55
• At the roundabout take the first exit onto Fleetwood Rd, A585
• Take your next left onto Mowbreck Lane, just after the school and church
• Carry on to the end of Mowbreck Lane, going straight past the Wesham rehabilitation unit, and we are on your right!

Walking from Kirkham & Wesham train station

Approximately 15 minute walk

• Head north on Station Rd toward Segar St
• Turn right onto Derby Rd
• Turn left onto Park Lane
• And turn right onto Mowbreck Lane, where you will find us on the right

Public transport from Kirkham & Wesham train station

• Take the 78 towards Wesham from opposite the train station
• Take the bus two stops until opposite St Joseph’s Park
• Walk right down Mowbreck Lane until you see us on your right.
