Mowbreck Park

Frequently asked questions

What times of the year is the park open?

We are open for holiday homes fifty weeks out of the year – we are open over Christmas and closed the 16th to the 30th of January.

Our residential park homes can be used at all times of the year.

What information do you need?

To stay in a holiday home, we will need a main home address for you – this means you cannot use the holiday home as your main residence.

We review each holiday home after twenty years.

What services are included?

All of our holiday homes are fully connected to mains services as a minimum, however you can also have access to a telephone connection and satellite dishes on request. On the site we have a public phone, a visitor’s WC and a laundrette, which has been newly refurbished.

How much will I pay?

The prices of our residential homes vary depending on the state of the housing market, although we are currently full to capacity with 28 park homes. Holiday homes can similarly vary in price depending on age, condition, style and furnishings, but we do permit you to sell on your holiday home afterwards through the office, on a commission basis.

Are pets allowed?

Small pets are more than welcome at Mowbreck Park, provided you care for them responsibly and clean up after them. There are many wonderful walks nearby where you can get exercise with your pet.
