How long can I stay at a time? Can I live there permanently?

As long as you have a separate permanent residence, you are welcome to take as many breaks as you like in your holiday home during the park's open season - it's one of the great perks!

You cannot live permanently in a holiday home - for this you would need to instead explore our Residential Park Homes.

What makes a holiday home different to a residential park home?

A holiday home is seen as a second home and cannot be lived in permanently as a main residence.

As according to our license, you must have a main home address elsewhere to buy a holiday home at Mowbreck. You can't buy a holiday home at Mowbreck Park and use it as your main home.

However, you may look into a residential park home which can be your main year-round home and you would pay Council Tax.

If you have any specific questions, please get in touch.
