We want you to be able to book your stay with confidence, so we’ve introduced our Holiday Gurantee.
Demand for holiday breaks in the UK are at an all-time high, so booking early is recommended, especially if you wish to get the best choice of dates.
We understand that booking even a short break can feel like you’re taking a risk in uncertain times such as these. Our Holiday Guarantee aims to ease your mind and give you the confidence to make your booking.
Any new bookings made at Mowbreck Park going forward will be honoured by our Holiday Guarantee, so you will be covered in the event that your booking is cancelled due to the Coronavirus.
Here’s how it works
If any new booking made is cancelled due to the Coronavirus*, we’ll promise to give you either:
- The option to move your stay to another date in either 2020 of 2021, at no additional cost,
- Credit to be used for a future booking with us.
- A full refund – with no strings attached.
*We’ll offer you the above in the event that:
- Our park is closed due to Government restrictions.
- There is a Governmment sanctioned ban or restrictions on non-essential travel.
- You or anyone of your part is unable to travel due to Coronavirus illness or self-isolation requirements.
Demand is rising for holiday stays at Mowbreck Park as social distancing restrictions are easing, but we wanted to make sure that those booking with us can do so with peace of mind.
Mowbreck Park offers a peaceful, relaxing place to catch up with family and friends, and we’re looking forward to welcoming you for your next stay with us.
Terms and Conditions
In order to take advantage of the guarantee, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival at Mowbreck Park. Changes of dates are subject to availability and must be taken in either the 2020 or 2021 season. Applies to existing and all new bookings for 2020 arrival dates. Direct Bookings only.
